I have over 30 years of experience supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of settings, including hospitals, clinics, community centres, and schools. Working in these diverse environments has broadened my understanding of mental health and enriched my therapeutic practice with children, teens, adults and families.

My career began in nursing, which sparked a lasting interest in psychotherapy and psychiatry. I worked in psychiatric wards supporting patients experiencing severe and complex mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, depression, and personality disorders. This experience provided a strong foundation for my therapeutic work and deepened my understanding of the challenges individuals face throughout their lives.

Building on this background, I undertook further training in counselling, creative therapies, and play therapy. I now work with people of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, parents and carers, as well as other professionals, providing compassionate therapeutic support tailored to their individual needs. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where people can explore their experiences, strengthen resilience, and enhance their emotional wellbeing.

I am a registered member of both Play Therapy United Kingdom (PTUK) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to their codes of ethics and receive regular clinical supervision to ensure safe, ethical practice. I also remain committed to ongoing professional development through continued training.
